Scope of Provider Credentialing
The Partners For Kids Credentialing Committee has expanded the scope of providers that Partners For Kids may credential for its network. In preparation for the inclusion of community-based, outpatient behavioral health services in managed Medicaid in July 2018, PFK will credential independently licensed behavioral health counselors including: licensed, independent social workers (LISW), licensed, professional clinical counselors (LPCC) and licensed marriage and family therapists (LIMFT). In addition, genetic counselors and speech language pathologists who have earned a certificate of clinical competence (SLP-CCC) may also apply to join the PFK provider network. If you have questions or are interested in credentialing any of these types of providers who are part of your practice, please contact your PFK Provider Relations Specialist at (614) 355-5503 or PFKProviderRel@NationwideChildrens.org.
