Comprehensive Primary Care Kids Program

Primary care practices that serve children enrolled in Medicaid may be eligible to receive payments for demonstrating high quality of care through participation in Ohio’s Comprehensive Primary Care (CPC) Kids program. Many primary care practices are already doing the work needed to qualify for these payments through their Partners For Kids partnership. Whether your practice is already enrolled or interested in enrolling, we want to support you. We can help with enrollment or help implement best practices to improve health outcomes for the kids you serve.

Learn more about the CPC Kids program. If you are interested in connecting with a Partners For Kids team member to talk further, contact PFKProRelations@NationwideChildrens.org.
