Important Updates to Medication Coverage for Ohio Medicaid Patients

Partners For Kids UPDL for Ohio Medicaid Plans is now available for review on the Partners For Kids resource website.

The Ohio Department of Medicaid’s (ODM) UPDL is developed by ODM and implemented by the single Pharmacy Benefit Manager, Gainwell Technologies. Partners For Kids has condensed the UPDL into commonly prescribed drug classes for pediatric primary care and behavioral health providers.

Below is one important change that will take effect July 1, 2023. To review additional changes taking place July 1 please see our Pharmacy Coverage Updates document.
