Beginning April 1, Partners For Kids updated their security measures. The text message option for dual-factor authentication to the Partners For Kids’ provider portal has been phased out in favor of the Microsoft Authenticator App. For portal users who have not yet switched to the authenticator app, you will be prompted to do so at your next log-in.
