Are your patients’ behavioral health needs being met? Integrating behavioral health providers within primary care is a powerful way to increase access to behavioral health services for your patients. We will describe the rationale for behavioral health integration into primary care, the associated outcomes of behavioral health integration, and key information you need to begin a journey towards behavioral health integration within your practice. We will also host a panel discussion with practices in the community who are running successfully integrated practices.
