Proof forms are a way for your practice to receive Provider Incentive Program (PIP) payments for incentivized services rendered in 2024, where a Medicaid claim may not have been filed. An example of this could be a patient seen for a well-visit who has Medicaid as a secondary insurance. This process will begin at the end of August and will be complete by the end of October, so PIP payments will be on the quarterly check in November.
