The Provider Incentive Program (PIP) Proof Forms are now available on the Partners For Kids’ Provider Portal for a limited time. These lists show patients who may have met a PIP metric in 2024, however, no Medicaid claim was received. Practices can verify and claim data by reviewing the list and submitting appropriate proof to a Partners For Kids’ provider relations specialist.
