Partners For Kids is committed to improving the health of children through high-value, innovative care and community partnerships. Your feedback is important to help us enhance our services. You’ll receive a brief, five-minute survey via email. Providers and practices affiliated with Partners For Kids for at least 60 days are encouraged to participate. Based on your feedback from previous surveys, we are making some important changes to the survey this year:
- We have decreased the number of questions to make the survey easier to complete for busy providers and staff.
- We will be sharing results with our providers and staff to close any gaps identified in the survey and share how we are using the results to make improvements.
As a thank you, survey participants will be entered into a drawing for a complimentary office lunch!
