The mission of Partners For Kids is to improve the health of children through high value, innovative care and community partnerships. Your feedback is crucial as it shapes our services. Please complete the Partners For Kids Annual Provider Satisfaction Survey, which will be emailed on October 21 and open until October 25, 2024. A unique survey link will be sent to each provider and each practice manager who has been with us for at least 60 days. Those who complete the survey will be entered into a drawing to win lunch for their office.
