Quarterly Update for PFK’s Pediatric-Focused Unified Preferred Drug List
Partners For Kids has updated its Unified Preferred Drug List (UPDL) for Ohio Medicaid Plans. The Pharmacy Coverage Updates document, which highlights relevant changes to the UPDL, has also been updated.

Highlights for the First Quarter UPDL:

  • Ventolin® and Proventil® albuterol metered dose inhaler brands are preferred. Proair® brand has been discontinued.
  • All methylphenidate products will have a PA-required designation for patients younger than 6 years old.
