Partners For Kids is committed to providing resources to engaged providers. One of those resources is offering Maintenance of Certification (MOC) Part IV credit to providers who are actively involved in the Quality Improvement Coaching program. Providers eligible to receive MOC Part IV credit for their quality improvement project work were notified via email the first week of October that the SurveyMonkey attestation form is open to obtain credit. Providers will have until November 15, 2024, to complete this year’s attestation.
