Partners For Kids is committed to working with you to improve COVID-19 vaccination rates for your pediatric (ages 5+) patients. We will be providing you with a list from the Medicaid managed care plans of your patients and their vaccination status. We would like to partner with you to support outreach to these patients to get them in for vaccinations, help your practice enroll as a COVID-19 vaccine provider, or identify nearby pharmacies or other locations where your patients can get vaccinated. Please contact the Partners For Kids Provider Relations team at PFKProRel@NationwideChildrens.org if interested in learning more.
Remember, each Partners For Kids member is eligible for a $100 gift card incentive after getting their first COVID-19 vaccine. Providers are eligible for $100 vaccine administration payments for each vaccine administered. These enhanced payments are available through June 2022.
