Transportation to Food Sources Now Offered

In response to the COVID-19 crisis and to ensure access to reliable food resources, all of Ohio’s managed Medicaid plans are now providing members with no-cost transportation services to and from food banks, food pantries and grocery stores. Please share this information with your patients and encourage them to contact their health plans for plan-specific details on accessing transportation services. Rides are available Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
