The Ohio Better Birth Outcomes (OBBO) collaborative is hosting a continuing education series titled, “Addressing Racism in Maternal-Infant Care.” This year’s series focuses on patient/provider relationships and kicks off on Tuesday, February 20, and Wednesday, February 21, with a presentation from Dr. Portia Newman, associate partner & AVP at Chartis Center for Health Equity & Belonging. The sessions will be held at the Fawcett Center (2400 Olentangy River Road, Columbus), as well as livestreamed. Breakfast and lunch will be provided. Future sessions will be held in May and August.
