With the addition of “Follow-Up After ED Visit for Substance Use” as an incentivized measure in 2024, data is now available on this measure’s success in the Provider Portal. This data can be found under the “BH Quality Summary” tab. Because it is based on claims data, this report is meant for retrospective review, as the delay in payment of the claims will often result in the ED visit not appearing until after the follow-up window has passed. CliniSync information remains the primary source for identifying patients who need a follow-up. Please email PFKProRelations@NationwideChildrens.org if you have questions or are unable to log into the Provider Portal.
