Quarterly Update for Partners For Kids’ Unified Preferred Drug List (UPDL)

Partners For Kids’ UPDL for Ohio Medicaid Plans is now available for review.

The Ohio Department of Medicaid’s (ODM) UPDL is developed by ODM and implemented by the single Pharmacy Benefit Manager, Gainwell Technologies. Partners For Kids has condensed the UPDL into commonly prescribed drug classes for pediatric primary care and behavioral health providers.

There are important updates to acne medications that may impact your Ohio Medicaid patients. To review specific changes that were effective on July 1, 2024, please see our Pharmacy Coverage Updates document.
