Resources from March’s Behavioral Health Training

The “Emotion Dysregulation: States of Mind and Behavior Chain Analysis” webinar helped attendees describe the biopsychosocial model and its relationship to emotion dysregulation in youth as well as learn the DBT “Wise Mind” skill and its application to supported dysregulated youth. The course also assisted attendees in articulating the role of behavior chain analysis (BCA) in analyzing problem behaviors and identifying components of a problem behavior relevant to assessment and treatment planning with BCAs.
