Resources from October’s Behavioral Health Training

During the “Assessment and Treatment of OCD Part II” webinar, attendees learned to design exposures based on ERP fundamentals to improve patients’ functioning and distress tolerance. The course discussed barriers in clinical work to ERP and identified strategies to mitigate this barrier. Helpful tools and resources from the presentation are provided below:
