Updated Nicotine Dependence Prescribing Guidelines Now Available

Partners For Kids updated the Nicotine Dependence Prescribing Guidelines designed to help primary care practitioners provide timely and effective treatment for children with nicotine use disorders. Topics include screening and diagnostic tools, first-line behavioral modifications and external support, recommended medication and nicotine replacement therapies, and treatment time frame recommendations.
