Welcome, QI Coaches!

Partners For Kids is pleased to highlight two new team members on the Quality Improvement (QI) team:  

 Sarah Tasman has joined Partners For Kids as the quality improvement team lead. Sarah will provide direction to the quality improvement team, as well as participate in various QI Projects as a QI Coach. Prior to joining Partners For Kids, Sarah worked as a clinical practice manager in both the primary care and specialty care areas, and has a passion for working with providers and their teams on improvement initiatives. Sarah is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) and is pursuing her master’s in health administration at Rasmussen University. Sarah will provide support and education to both primary care and behavioral health organizations on key issues affecting children’s health. Sarah looks forward to carrying out Partners For Kids’ mission of improving the health of children through high-value, innovative care and community partnerships. 

Sophia Leissa has joined Partners For Kids as a quality improvement coach, with a focus on behavioral health projects. Prior to Partners For Kids, Sophia worked on health promotion research projects while earning her master’s in public health from The Ohio State University. Sophia will provide support and education to behavioral health organizations, as they work towards producing the best possible outcomes to children through their involvement in quality improvement projects.
