Kahle is a quality improvement coach in Partners For Kids’ West Region. As a nurse, Kahle earned a Certificate in Pediatric Nursing and assisted in the opening of adult COVID-19 units. She ultimately has found her passion in pediatrics and currently works with South Dayton Pediatrics, Cornerstone Pediatrics, Pediatric Associates of Dayton and Springboro Pediatrics on population health meetings and practice specific projects (i.e., Well Child Visit, Asthma, Constipation, Potentially Avoidable ED Visits, Outreach). Kahle also participates in various workgroups at the organizational and regional levels, including the constipation collaborative, preventative care workgroup and behavioral health workgroup, focused on ADHD. Kahle is a life-long learner and pursuing her master’s in nursing informatics.
