Beginning February 19, the Asthma Medication Ratio (AMR) patient list will be available on the Partners For Kids Provider Portal. AMR is a new Provider Incentive Plan measure in 2024. The patient list displays persistent asthmatics for the previous 12 months. Email PFKProRelations@NationwideChildrens.org if you have questions or are unable to log into the Provider Portal.
