Partners For Kids now has a community asthma coordinator who can collaborate with your practice to transform asthma outcomes. Susan Mills, RRT, will help you and your staff learn new strategies for delivering patient-friendly asthma care, implement motivational interviewing techniques in your practice, and access community services that could benefit your patients. With a 20+ year career as an outpatient respiratory therapist and patient educator, Susan brings extensive experience working with children and their families to manage asthma care, prevent disease exacerbations, provide tobacco cessation counseling and promote other services to improve overall health outcomes.
