Provider Satisfaction Survey Results
Your voice matters! We recently conducted a provider satisfaction survey to gather your feedback on enhancing our QI Advisor Program. Here’s what you shared and how we’re planning to address your needs:
  • More detailed data for measuring quality: Efforts are underway to provide more comprehensive and detailed data to help you measure quality effectively.
  • More frequent virtual meetings with a QI Advisor: We are committed to increasing the frequency of virtual meetings to ensure better communication and support.
  • More frequent in-person visits by a QI Advisor: We are committed to scheduling more in-person visits to offer hands-on assistance and guidance.
  • Formal training in quality improvement for team members: Options are being explored to provide formal training sessions for your team, to enhance their skills in quality improvement.
