Resources From April’s Behavioral Health Training

During the “Preparing Kids with Autism Transitioning to Adulthood” webinar, attendees learned which community partners should be involved in the process of transition to adulthood and what options, services, and resources are available regarding employment, education, and community programs. The course also discussed the role of the school district in transition planning as well as resources related to additional transition needs, including guardianship, finances, and transportation.
