Resources from February’s Behavioral Health Training

The “Distress Tolerance: Change and Acceptance” webinar helped attendees describe the relationship between acceptance strategies and change strategies in supporting dysregulated youth as well as articulate the role of distress tolerance skills in reducing unsafe behaviors. The course also provided attendees with specific DBT distress tolerance skills and applications to managing intense emotions. Helpful tools and resources from the presentation are provided below:
