September’s Behavioral Health Training Recap

The “Assessing and Treating Emotional Dysregulation in Youth” webinar provided attendees with the understanding of emotion dysregulation and non-suicidal self-injury and suicidal behavior in youth. The course also provided learners with basic DBT skills and appropriate applications to help regulate intense emotions as well as strategies to support families. Helpful tools and resources from the presentation are provided below:
