Team Spotlight: Angie Eberhart

Angie Eberhart is the clinical director for population health at Dayton Children’s Hospital and Partners For Kids. She works with an interdisciplinary team to help primary care practices develop and implement quality improvement projects around children’s health outcomes. She has practiced as a family nurse practitioner for 25 years and worked in population health and value-based care for 10 years. She has a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Capital University, a master’s degree and a post-master’s degree from Wright State University, and a doctorate degree from The Ohio State University. Angie and her husband have two adult children. She loves her high-energy, 3-year-old Jack Russell mix.
