Christine White has been an RN clinical lead and educator for Dayton Children’s Hospital care navigation team for almost three years. She is responsible for managing, onboarding and ongoing education, as well as supporting her team in the growth and development of their care coordination roles. Her expertise lies in optimizing Epic to enhance efficiency and care delivery. Christine earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Wright State University, and has worked at Dayton Children’s throughout her entire career. She has held roles as a floor nurse in the neurology clinic, and as an RN care coordinator with Partners For Kids, before becoming team lead and educator. One of her favorite parts of the job is seeing new staff grow and gain confidence as they take on more responsibility.
