Sydni N. Howard is the new health equity program manager at Dayton Children’s Hospital. Sydni brings over 20 years of experience working in various health care roles, including educator, project management, diversity and health equity. She is passionate about educating health care professionals on how culture impacts each patient’s health care needs, as well as helping community members better understand their needs and how to communicate them to their providers. Sydni holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from The Ohio State University, an MBA from Ashland University, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification and she is a Certified Diversity Practitioner through the National Diversity Council.
