Lexxus Brown has joined Partners For Kids as a quality improvement advisor for the Healthy Children service line, focusing on pediatric preventative care measures, such as well-child visits, lead screening and immunizations. Previously, she supported pediatric, adult and reproductive health community practices in Colorado’s Medicaid Accountable Care Collaborative. Originally from Youngstown, Ohio, Lexxus spent time in Columbus for her undergraduate degree at The Ohio State University. She began her career advocating for reproductive health and reducing infant mortality in underserved communities. Over the past five years, she has shifted to working with health care providers and practices, concentrating on improving health outcomes and enhancing patient-centered care. Lexxus holds a master’s in public health from Northeast Ohio Medical University. She is committed to promoting preventive care through education and support for primary care organizations.
