The Utilization Notifications report in the Partners For Kids’ Provider Portal contains data from CliniSync to alert behavioral health providers of new emergency department and inpatient visits. As of July 15, 2024, this report now only contains emergency department and inpatient visits where the primary diagnosis is behavioral health related. Previously, this report contained all behavioral health diagnosis encounters, regardless if the behavioral health concern was a primary diagnosis or not. This change was implemented to align more closely with the HEDIS definitions in the Behavioral Health Quality Summary and the Behavioral Health Provider Incentive Plan (PIP) measures.
