Beth Duncan, MSN, RN, CCM is the Director of Care Coordination in the Partners for Kids West Region. Beth has been with Partners For Kids since 2014 in various care coordination roles, and in 2021 was charged to implement the care coordination program in the West Region. Beth has grown the team from 3 care coordinators in 2021 to over 40 care coordination staff members. The care coordination team is providing services to 1200 children in the West Region at any one time. Beth received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Ohio University and her master’s degree from Chamberlain University. Beth is also a certified case manager.
