Jasmeaka Johnson has joined Partners For Kids as a quality outreach coordinator. Jasmeaka will conduct outreach on behalf of community practices, providers and organizations to encourage Partners For Kids’ members to schedule recommended appointments and connect to beneficial resources. Prior to joining Partners For Kids, Jasmeaka worked at a counseling office in Columbus where she assisted with patient intake, billing and clinical coordination. Jasmeaka recently received an associates of applied science degree in social work from Columbus State Community College and has a passion for ensuring patients have access to the care they need and deserve. Jasmeaka looks forward to carrying out Partners For Kids’ mission of improving the health of children through high-value, innovative care and community partnerships.
