Charlie Brown has joined Partners For Kids as quality improvement adviser with a specific focus on pediatric sickle cell and type 1 and 2 diabetes projects. Before joining Partners For Kids, Charlie served 10 years as an Army officer, holding multiple positions in leadership before leaving the service at the rank of Captain. Charlie’s post–military career led him to earn his master’s of business operational excellence degree and Lean Six Sigma Black certification from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. Charlie previously led project work in quality and process improvement for Partners For Kids, Walmart supply chain, NetJets and Cardinal Health. Charlie has a passion for improvement and firmly believes in making things better “one day at a time.” He is thrilled to rejoin Partners For Kids to have a positive and lasting impact on the patients, families, organization and community as they work toward producing the best possible outcomes for children.
